General Acceptable Use Policy
Acceptable Use Policy(AUP)
Effective Date: August 1, 2025
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") sets forth acceptable and prohibited uses of services provided by KCInfra Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). All users of our services must comply with this Policy and applicable laws of the Republic of Korea, the People’s Republic of China, and other relevant jurisdictions.
This Policy incorporates applicable legal requirements from the following major privacy and network protection laws

1) Lawful Use Only
You may not use our services to engage in unlawful or prohibited behavior, including but not limited to
- ▪️ Distributing illegal content such as child sexual abuse material, pirated content, or unlicensed software
- ▪️ Engaging in fraud, impersonation, identity theft, or phishing
- ▪️ Infringing copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property
- ▪️ Accessing or scanning other networks or systems without authorization
- ▪️ Violating trade sanctions or export control regulations (e.g., from Korea, U.S., EU, or China)
- ▪️ Promoting terrorism, organized crime, or gambling in violation of local laws
- ▪️ Operating services prohibited by local law in China
2) Personal Information and Data Protection Compliance
If you use our services to collect or process personal data, you must comply with applicable privacy and cybersecurity laws. This includes but is not limited to

You are solely responsible for
- ▪️Obtaining valid and lawful consent
- ▪️ Providing privacy notices in accordance with local regulations
- ▪️ Responding to user access, correction, or deletion requests
- ▪️ Notifying us and the authorities in case of data breaches
- ▪️ Ensuring cross-border data transfers are lawful under local law
- ▪️ Complying with local language, hosting, or residency obligations (e.g., China, Korea)
3) System and Network Abuse
You must not use our services to degrade or disrupt system performance or abuse shared infrastructure. Prohibited activities include
- ▪️ Excessive bandwidth, CPU, or storage usage beyond fair use limits
- ▪️ Launching denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or service degradation attempts
- ▪️ Running unauthorized web crawlers, bots, crypto-miners, or scraping tools
- ▪️ Mass emailing (spam), SMS flooding, or unsolicited commercial messaging
- ▪️ Exploiting vulnerabilities in our services or circumventing access controls
- ▪️ Is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, threatening, or harassing
- ▪️ Promotes terrorism, violence, or self-harm
- ▪️ Contains pornography or sexually explicit material in violation of applicable laws
- ▪️ Incites discrimination or hatred based on race, religion, gender, or nationality
- ▪️ Includes malware, ransomware, spyware, trojans, or other malicious code
- ▪️ Targets, exploits, or endangers children
- ▪️ Violates content regulations in jurisdictions like China (e.g., illegal political speech, anti-state propaganda)
- China : Data localization, security assessments before exporting data, content censorship compliance
- Korea : Logging requirements, encryption of personal data, breach reporting within 24~72 hours
- EU/EEA : Use of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for international transfers
- U.S. (California) : Do Not Sell My Info disclosures and opt-out mechanisms
- Other Countries : You are expected to comply with national internet or privacy legislation
- ▪️ Suspending or permanently terminating your account
- ▪️ Removing or restricting access to violating content
- ▪️ Logging, monitoring, and documenting abuse
- ▪️ Cooperating with legal authorities and regulators (domestic or foreign)
- ▪️ Pursuing civil, administrative, or criminal legal action
4) Prohibited Content
You may not host, share, or transmit content through our services that
We reserve the right to remove or block such content and report violations to the relevant authorities without notice.
5) Jurisdiction-Specific Obligations
Depending on your location, you may have additional compliance responsibilities

We reserve the right to take appropriate action upon any violation of this Policy, including

7) Policy Changes
