What happens when my balance runs out?

We email you before it does. If the balance reaches zero, delivery pauses until you order more and resumes immediately afterward. Turn on auto-reload to avoid the pause entirely.

Does unused traffic expire?

Your balance is valid for 12 months and rolls over each time you order. Nothing is lost when you buy more.

How long does setup take?

Update your nameservers and delivery begins once records propagate, usually within a few hours. Existing certificates and domain settings stay in place.

Can I use an origin outside Kdatacenter?

Yes. Any origin works, including another cloud or host. Using Kdatacenter infrastructure adds hands-on setup help from the same team.

Does attack traffic drain my balance?

No. Requests filtered by DDoS mitigation are not billed. You pay for legitimate delivery only.

Are visitors in mainland China covered?

Mainland China delivery is a separate option with local registration requirements. Contact us and we will walk through what your case needs.

I am on the old Korea CDN plan. Do I have to move?

Your current contract runs to term. Most workloads come out ahead on rate and coverage after switching, and we handle the cutover with no downtime.
